My periods are really light and I adore my menstrual cup! Definitely takes getting used to, but after 2 cycles I had it down. I love that it’s a one-time purchase, and you don’t get that soggy icky feeling. Can’t recommend enough. You definitely don’t need to have a heavy period to use/benefit from it

Ok I read some other girlies commented about their period cup and I have to recommend!!!! Hands down the best thing I ever did was switch to a cup! Makes my period easy. I have a moderate/light period. 12/10 try it and give it a chance, it takes getting used to! Also I love both kinds of mint! Spearmint is probably my fav but love anything mint. Ppl think I’m crazy cuz I love mint chocolate chip ice cream 😂

I’m also a pad girl. My flow is so heavy I need to buy diapers to put in my undies💀💀I started on birth control so I could skip my period and it’s soooo much better. I thankfully haven’t gotten any side effects yet and I’ve been on it for almost 5 months.

Don’t recommend a cup, but absolutely recommend a menstrual disc, they don’t leak, easier to empty, more comfortable. I’d imagine if you don’t like tampons you won’t like these though
You may want to keep personal size tissue packets. I do because of my allergies.
