Considering I forgot the routine half way through the dance, yeah it wasn't too bad :) That was 8 years ago. Still happily married, with two kids, but we never danced again since then. Maybe at our 10 year anniversary.
@@Aditzu21 Nooo! You must 😁! You only get better with practice 😂😂! Anyway congrats for your marriage and all the rest, but remember it don't mean a thing if you ain't got that swing 😉!
THIS was excellent. I Loved it. I saw the other video post of this where the sound kept going out and my heart sank for the couple as I thought they were having trouble with the sound system at their own wedding reception. The dancing was awesome and the couple look so very sweet together. LOL uhhhh I hope they had some energy left over for their wedding night together. :)
Louis Prima did it right when he wrote this one. The song is 87 years old and still popular. Benny and Gene would approve of your choice of music at your wedding as do I.
@@LP-zr1ep I don't know... I suppose it depends on the couple, doesn't it? I wouldn't be able to find myself trying to perform this sort of show for my friends and family, mostly due to my inability. But if I could? I would. It would make me and my future wife happy, I think, because we're having fun doing something we wouldn't get to do normally, and the guests enjoy a show as well. It's not exactly traditional by any sense but uh, I suppose a way to say it is that tradition isn't my main priority. But it seems like a win-win to me. Again- depends on the couple. I do tend to find slow dances rather boring and repetitive as well... As do many people watching it. But you do you.
For about 3 months I would say. We took classes to learn the basic steps and then put together the routine ourselves to match the song. The second half of the routine is basically the first half slightly rearranged.
Way more fun than my first dance. Fair play to you both, that was a loooong time to keep that intensity up. Were you complete newbies when you started practicing for this?
There is a simple explanation for it. We are not professional dancers. We only learned a few moves and practised about 3 months. Also I forgot the routine half way through.
There is nothing like a newly married couple doing their first dance, so beautiful to watch.
Only thing better than listening to Sing Sing Sing is watching a young couple swinging along. Nice!
John Russell Right?! Love it.
May they stay this healthy all their lives 👏
Fantastic! Love the big band era music. They did I great rendition of the swing.
Loved the intro from the girl! Great moves!
Very nice. Good dancing. The music is great. Wonderful wedding !
Definitely not perfect but full of joy and playfulness just like the Lindy 😁. Good job newlyweds 🎉🎉🍾!!!

Wish you both all the love and happiness in your amazing lives . May you have gorgeous children with your life force. ❤️
Thank you for your kind wishes! It's been 7 years since then, still happily married and with two amazing kids
This, THIS IS WHAT I WANT!

It may not have been perfect from a dance judge view, but it was perfect for them. Wonderful.
the dude definitely panicked when looking for the flower lol.
Tahar Driba lol didn’t notice until I had to rewatch haha
I did because my brother who was holding the flower move slightly and I just couldn’t see him. Also since that moment I totally forgot the routine

Spinning dress is the best!

So beautiful! Nice dancing🔥❤
Felicitări!! Frumos dansul!!
I wouldn't think of "Sing, Sing, Sing" as a wedding song.
This is amazing!
Excellent very cool may your life always dance with synchronicity
Love this bit late hope still dancing gorgeous
Love it! 😀
Beautiful, I love it
Oh what fun that is
Fabulous.
Very cute. God bless them
Loved it!!
The audience clapping on the 1 and 3 though.... ouch! Other than that, great dancing! :)
She's a keeper
Very enjoyable
Bravo, bravo,,bravo!
I would love to have a WW2 wedding style and dance into the wee hours.
You... You want a war themed wedding? That's pretty gross. If you just mean the time frame, why don't you say like a "30s/40s themed wedding"?
I liked it very much. :)
Awesome! 👍
Can't deal with the off beat clapping
Bravo
She looks so tired!😅
What great fun.
GENIAL♥️🌹
It is beutiful..
Pretty good for non-dancers. Would love to see what the 20 year looks like with some social dancing under you belt and doing swing outs.
If only we would have time or even a place where we could do some social dancing. But yeah, wishful thinking
If you give me an area, I can find a community. I used to teach and travel.
Toll 😊toll😊toll😀👍

how long in advance did you practice?

O
Timing was bad. Very amaturish. Not professional at all!
