your videoes are awesome sir no doubt, can you please come with a video of pulverised coal fired boilers....there working their firing system....their construction....there steam and scheme tracing of it....if you can make a video on this it will be helpful to lot of us all over the world........

I can attest to the old boilers leaking CO. Quite common to have old boiler rooms sitting around 3-5ppm of CO in the room, even with a properly functioning boiler with properly sized intakes and exhaust.

I see why they call them a water wall often on the watertube now but can you show us how this type is built, lots on firetube not much on watertube except design. also leaking heat and combustion gases not good, oh and happy new year
