  • bangdeshi style quail curry
    Ingredients
    3 lbs quail cut into small pieces
    1 teaspoon red Chilli powder
    1 teaspoon Coriender powder
    1 teaspoon Cumin powder
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
    2 large oninon sliced
    Ginger and garlic paste 1 tablespoon each
    Ghee 1 tablespoon
    1 tablespoon fried onions
    Whole garam masala- cardamom, cinnamon stick, whole black pepper, bay leaf, cloves, Cumin seeds
    Direction- First heat the oil in a pan and add whole garam masalas. When crackle comes add the onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute them until they are golden brown. Add little water and all the dry ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes. Then add the bird meat. Mix them well and cover it for 10 minutes. Do not add extra water. Check every 5 minutes. Cook until the meat is tender and add the ghee, garam masala powder and fried onions.
    Your quail curry is ready
