She tore the actor's 10 rupees note and she is hiding another 10 rupees note piece already in her hand , gave other torn piece to Volunteer actor, then she does all the drama, and burn the actor's 10 rupees note (so that its serial no can not be matched by anyone in the audience ) and then brings the other part of already torn note (which she had replaced at 1:10) from inside orange (which is already planted their by their team) then she matches the Serial Number. And the trick seems like MAGIC.
And these volunteer guys are all supporting actors to make large audience fool.
