Great video guys…just few recommendations: 1) Maintain RHT till your LDP (especially in level approach). Flying manual at night is highly undesirable in offshore. Automation is an essential ingredient to meet stabilized criteria. 2) Switch to Power-plant page once you’re established on final “offshore” and not onshore (Instrument app etc). This one is completely personal and up to you. I know PF/PM are supposed to select different screens, however I find it more useful to go PWRPLNT page before LDP…. 3) Turn cockpit lights down (PFD, MFD, FMS, Checklist lights etc) to reduce illumination reflection on the windscreen. It also help activate your rods for better visual reference at night. 4) Make sure you position the TD/PM (3/4 D Value) which is the inside circumference underneath your seat. Happy landings.
Your Approaches look too slow and way too shallow! It looks like you just drag it in over the deck in a hover! Those slow, shallow approaches can be disastrous if you loose an engine!?

Too shallow of an approach, you need to steepen it up. Shallow and slow puts you at risk if you loose an engine. Just some friendly advice.
