20 minute naps are what make me survive college. Its scientifically just enough to boost you’re system without feeling more tired after waking up like an hour nap can do. Even a half hour nap can cause you to feel more tired after it. 15-20 minutes is what I go by and it saves me through finals and heavy work days/weeks
I don’t know why. But it would take me this amount of time to just fall asleep. So I think it’s nothing for me. 😂
You two make a great duo. Feels like it would be so much fun but productive to be friends with you two

It is nice to have someone to support you and be a touchstone when you question decisions or situations, and proud you are taking breaks to relax a bit in a crazy uni week and come up for air! I sleep at 6 and wake up at 2 (with enough sleep) and I continue studying or doing my work.

It's so funny how you promote stress eating, but that's life. I study law in austria and i'm really sporty and like to cook, but i need stress eating on unhealthy stuff to calm down and treat myself. It's so real, because you can't be perfect and that's ok!
Actually it is a kind of punishment for your body, so I do not think it is ok.
Smoke some high grade weed it will help ;)

I know you make a lot of fun of going to McDonald's, but please please eat nutritious food! A few months ago I couldn't concentrate, was always tired despite sleeping a lot and turns out, I wasn't getting all the nutrients I needed because I was eating mostly crap! Take care

Could you try and ask your supervisor person (I can’t remember the name but the one in charge of your well-being) if they can move your timetable around so the supervisions are more evenly distributed?
Hi! I did do that this week and my college reacted super understanding and immediately moved my schedule around and I have a much more humane schedule now🤗

Is a supervision basically a seminar/workshop?
It's a bit like that but it's usually less formal - you just have a conversation with your professor about the material and you get a chance to ask any questions you may have! It's usually 1-4 students and a professor per supervision!

That's standard in UK law schools. Not even something to complain about imo.

Bruh I'm preparing for a levels and on some days i do 10hs a day. Pass away lmao. Hopefully it gets better in uni
@@dundermifflinscranton Things could be always be worse. I'm only in my first year of my LLB and the regular prep (reading/tasks) work prior to classes takes 3-4 hours per class when prepared sufficiently. It's only going to get more intense as we approach the most crucial years; the 2nd and 3rd years. I didn't mean to sound condescending but law is an intense degree.
@@iTibez i get you. Im in my 3rd year law and I feel the same way. We have our own struggle and regardless of our performance, we should not be invalidating each other's efforts. :)
