Good Afternoon Lady! That is a Nelly Stevens Holly. They have hellaciously sharp needles on the tips of their leaves! They're hard to work around! If I had it to do over again, I would not have planted them on the edges of our house; but instead along the property lines. They grow very fast and would make great screening plants. They grow up to 3 feet per year. Ours get pruned 3 times a year. Hth!
