  • Frederik Fahning was born in 1988 in Hamburg to a businessman. Even as a young kid, Frederik harboured the ambition to start his own company one day. After finishing his studies in Business Law, Frederik moved to Berlin to gain work experience. A few months later, he met Fritz and Cihan, and together they founded Zenjob. Frederik was just 27 at that time and now four years later, Zenjob has over 250 employees. Since the start, Frederik has always believed that everyone in the world has the power to change the future of work.

A father's passion is passed on to his son and what an impression it makes.

I think you would be surprised how many Gen X and Y's have been trying to find work life balance for many years. Just so happens that Gen Z has the technology, the opportunity. Life as we know it is changing. I really do hope thought that us finding a balance is reliant on a smart phone or an app. I think it's an absolutely brilliant idea but I think putting so much significance on an app could be a bit murky. I love the message this man is relaying and I wish him all the best, it really is a brilliant idea :)

I don't think there's a person who wouldn't appreciate a little more work life balance. I just wish it didn't have to do with my phone, it's the reason I'm always working!!

Yes, young people working together can change the world. Look how far we have come and each generation will hopefully repair the wrongs.

He generalizes his particular experience, but there is no reason to believe this. There is always a lot of work that no one wants to do and there are too many people who don't fit and don't want fit in the high-tech world. Why human existence and happiness should be dependent on smartphones and some applications running on it? And also a storm is coming that will disrupt all our world and all our security.
