He never said that He would “return” to that Generation, He said that Generation would see Him at the right hand, as the cloud rider. It is a presumption that people make that this was to be connected to the return. People should listen to Dr. Heiser’s cloud rider teachings.

Heiser was abysmal on eschatology and he always hid behind 'it's not apparent'. It's only not apparent when he you have the wrong hermeneutic...a carnal one in this case.

Actually He fulfilled around 300 Old Testament prophecies as the plain text of the gospels clearly state. A simple google search will answer your ignorance.
Here's where some Christians and antagonistic athiest agree. Jesus said he'd return within his generation. Even CS Lewis said Jesus got that wrong. HE DIDN'T. The destruction of the temple was fulfilled within his generation. But he didn't say he'd come back at that time. It's funny how such antipodal worldviews agree with each other (in error). But at least it's not the heresy of full preterism 😉
