You're not the only one... Im going to sound generic and boring now but all these new ravers just dont know what they missed out on. Back in 03-04 the music was like magic, it took you to a place where nothing else could, there was hardly a single bad song and most of the CDs you could play from start to finish and not skip a single track. Nowadays upfront hardcore I cant listen to a single song it is THAT bad. Underground stuff is still alright, but it will never be like how it was then again :(
