Just imagine all the injuries and broken bones and all the pain he has to go through every time you make one of these, I am sure you have multiple stunt doubles
Tchaikovsky’s music is so...lifting and dramatic. I can’t believe ppl say classical music is boring, like compare this masterpiece to like any other simple pop music song.
It takes a profound understanding of music and harmonies to create such a great clip! That's something you rarely find on TH-cam - unique, artistic and entertaining at the same time!
As much as I'd like to take credit for that, I don't control the scarf, it just moves as determined by the physics of where the rider moves. I love your attention to detail to notice the scarf movements though!
You have a very sensitive music ear, excellent job. The Nutcracker ... one of my favourite ballets. When I lived in the UK I gave myself a Christmas treat every year for good behaviour - The Nutcracker with the English National Ballet at the London Coliseum. Pure magic. You should do this with dancing flowers in lovely colours ... instead of the riders.
Excellently done. Idk why this is so satisfying to watch but it is. great job capturing the rhythm on the lines. I would love to see one done with the 1812 overture by Tchaikovsky
It's as if this game and this piece would never have any other better purpose than this... How. (And I'm saying this while looving Tchaikovsky's work and having seen and appreciated the Nutcracker several times!)
THIS IS THE MOST PEACEFUL TO WATCH, BEAUTIFUL TO LISTEN, AND ARTISTICALLY BRILLIANT CLIP ON ALL TH-cam. I ADORE IT. PLAY IT ALWAYS, AND HAVE EXPOSED MANY TO YOUR ART. I WOULD LOVE TO SUPPORT YOUR WORK BY DONATION ALSO. I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT. I LOVE ITTTTTTTTTTTTT .... THANKS A MILLION. GOD BLESS YOU FOR EVER AND EVER. AND KEEP YOU SAFE, WITH PEACE OF HEART AND MIND.
Seriously tho, I'm not the only one who this is helping with expressing musicality through their instruments, right? I mean, it probably sounds stupid, but the visualisation of the emotions in these help me to adapt them to my bowing and stuff (violin gang here lol).
This is so simple.no CGI,no colours,just lines and a miniature figure,driving a miniature bycicle.but God,it's so impressive and emotional...love it much...
0:37 I can't stop laughing at this
Ah shoot, it’s contagious
Yeah XD
Right?!
So darn fluttery. Fi-nes
😊
Why are these so satisfying?
It makes me easy to sleep.. great job 💕
Its wholesome to watch as well.
because you are using many senses to experience the music.
@Gina Mastro great answer
This is a power of russian classic music!
That blink right at the end is perfect.
We need one on Mozart's Requiem.
Lacrimosa
I want the full Requeim
Lacrimosa please
Lacrimosa
Honestly are you a conductor or something? You captured the rhythm and mood of the piece so precisely.
I'm not. Why are you asking?
MrZer000 I think she/he was asking the person who made this video
MrZer000 ah... first day on youtube?
@@rokukou mrzero has videos from 2009. i think they're joking
Well I am the creator, and thank you! No I am not a conductor, but I do play the piano (and used to play the violin when I was younger).
There is nothing more pure in this world than these videos
I've been watching these line rider videos for three days straight. I can't stop, send help
You have captured my childhood feelings whenever I heard this movement: the curvy flourishes and all. Bravo!
It helps that I just saw the Nutcracker Ballet at Louisville's Kentucky Center for the Arts tonight. Excellent production!
si
I do like how the lines of occasionally echo the choreography from the ballet. Very nice
Just imagine all the injuries and broken bones and all the pain he has to go through every time you make one of these, I am sure you have multiple stunt doubles
More Tchaikovsky! That was wonderful!
adriennecmc its tchaikovsky but SAME!!!
Me three!
Tchaikovsky’s music is so...lifting and dramatic. I can’t believe ppl say classical music is boring, like compare this masterpiece to like any other simple pop music song.
Those parts in 0:37 got the most wimpsical and innocent chuckle out of me
It takes a profound understanding of music and harmonies to create such a great clip! That's something you rarely find on TH-cam - unique, artistic and entertaining at the same time!
I was going to start making a track synchronized to this piece either today or tomorrow, and then I saw this. It's funny how things lined up.
Go for it! Would be great to see your interpretation.
"[F]unny how things lined up..." No pun intended I assume? Lol
First the Line Driver ad, then the Line Rider video. Man, I love it!
matthew, my man, you must experience the most specific kind of synesthesia known to man to be able to make these so perfectly.
Hehe, no actual synethesia but just a love of the mixture of technical and creative work :-)
This really captures the feel of watching them dance the ballet for this song. The big sweeping movements feel just like if I was in the crowd.
Haha, glad you liked it!
The visual example of perfection. Thank you. You captured the beauty of my piece very well.
It’s what Tchaikovsky would have wanted
(This is brilliant dude! Have a nice day)

Ich habe jetzt alle Videos angeschaut und bin einfach entzückt von soo viel Kreativität! Wie kommt man auf so eine bezaubernde Idee!
You managed to use the rider's scarf within the rhythm of the piece - that attention to detail is simply gorgeous!
As much as I'd like to take credit for that, I don't control the scarf, it just moves as determined by the physics of where the rider moves. I love your attention to detail to notice the scarf movements though!
@@MatthewBuckleyLineRider I knew that. I thought you timed the rider's moves so that the scarf would also move within the rhythm. 😊
@@stepawayful Hehe, I wish! I put all my effort into trying to make the rider time and flow like the music, so the scarf is just a bonus.
watching line rider witch classical music is now my go to destressing videos.. :)
You GENIUS!!!!!!! Its my favourite classic!!
Haha, thanks Khazar!
Night on Bald Mountain could be interesting in a line rider

The clarinet is very prominent in this one
