they are not stick with timeline. they will say handover date at early conversation 1-2 years and once you pay the 10 % of amount then they will tell 3-4 years of handover date. all soul guys (Bhagyashree) are cheater.
@@pankaj007singh This is the reason why I tell everybody not to buy an apartment in any housing society till they've totally built the housing society/property! Otherwise chances of getting cheated is 100%! This is very common, especially in Kolkata which everyone must know! I fail to understand why don't people use their brains while purchasing an apartment?!🙄😒😕
Blindly do not jump into any of these properties by only seeing lavish apartments and lavish amenities.You need to check whether daily basic necessities like an 🏧 , Pharmacy and a Medical Centre,Grocery and Convenience Store,Salon etc. are inside the premises or at least within walking distance or not! I don't feel everyday early morning you would like to take your car to fetch a loaf of bread,milk etc. far off from the property!
Incase anyone has already visited this property physically then kindly let me know if the location is convenient or not & Pharmacy,Salon,ATM,Grocery Store etc. are there or not.Thank You🙏
Living here since a year. Please do not get attracted for amenities. The construction quality is worst. The most annoying part is their fake handover dates. While buying the flat in april2021they said the handover would be by December 2021. But we got it by march 2023. They never stick to dates. Just marketing jimmicks for selling flats.😊
Before going to purchase ask exact date of handover with written statement(3-4 months up more or less is ok).
