Griffs evil laugh while the bat is flying in and out of the room all the way to Ste had me in stitches, sooo funny! And Amy hates birds too, poor Amy!! This was so great, I have followed Amy and Jarrod for about as long as you two, and you took them to The Demon house, so cool! The spirit interaction was great, LOVED it, Thank You to all!!😍

Hi Ste and Gryff, epic video, great seeing you investigate with Amy and Jarrad. 14:07 light anomaly coming down in front of you Ste. At 15:14 just before the trip wire lights up there’s a light anomaly on the skirting board opposite. A light anomaly on the right then another at 18:38 comes from the left of the door frame just before the trip wire lights up. As you opened the door and just before the K-II went off, there is light anomaly going down the centre of the room. The K-II activity in the basement was insane, well done for even going down there. 38:49 high pitched sound as you were talking and the moaning early on, all this evidence, how could you not believe? The ‘run now’ was probably to tell you to go because of the bats 🤭. Thanks guys, brilliant, just brilliant 🤗❤️🇬🇧😘

I'm really curious if it could be a reflection or light from equipment because it's definitely not just a bug. & I'm wondering if it's another confirmation or something else entirely? I swear there's a first and second one, the one you highlighted as the second. The first one I'm hearing is directly after Griff's question ends, "Would you just leave it there?" and at the end there's seemingly a hum of high then low in what sounds like the same voice. It is only about a second before the second one.

I saw some insects, some camera flare, but I think I saw a few orbs too. They corroberated some of the activity too. Very interesting. I may have heard a hiss or voice in to one of the mics/cameras at about 14:10, while Grif was talking.

We've been using Ghost Tube for years now. We are skeptical over if a ghost uses it to talk to us, but we are open-minded.
There not non believers ?just skeptical and very well should be,that’s what in my opinion makes a good investigation right?
