Neil, I keep seeing people wait until they have a large audience of like 20,000 subscribers or followers before launching their course. Would launching to a smaller audience of like 1000 subscribers do any harm? Should I wait til its bigger? What would you do?
I would like to add that it’s all about the quality of the audience. You could bring in 20,000 followers and sell a course none of them want. It’s best to utilize the smaller audience to test if you’re on the right track. You don’t have to launch publicly, you can invite you smaller audience via a solid CTA through email and test whether the course works. Grow your audience (based on the demographic that’s impacted from your course) from there and funnel them into your course.

That depends on the keyword difficulty. With .com you could be targeting a more global audience, which could be more competitive. .in is local to that region.
