being hearing impared and no subtitles avaliable, I was hoping the answer to what these were for would appear to me, or find it in the comments..... nope
Okay, let's see if you boys can visualize: "Building your backyard portable heavy bag stand (Minus rolling the dam tire). You have to visualize this build as if you are facing the side profile. (1. The larger rubber tire is filled with cement, with a "L" shaped shaft bolt embedded in the concrete. If you can get one with a large "0" ring attached, that would be perfect. If not get someone to tack one on. (2. Secure strong linked chain to the "0-ring. (3. Try using a 10 foot length to start. If you are going to use a Muay Thai Style Bag; consider an additional 5 feet length of chain. (4. Stop here and visualize the Cement filled Tire with the embedded 0-ring, connected to the length of chain stretched across your yard. Now lay down you heavy bag about five feet from the end. Or draw out what I just wrote: See it in your mind. (5. You are going to drape the last five feet of the chain over a wooden object, and let it dangle. (6. "The Object." Visualize a Triangle built from 2X4's. Make sure the sides of the Triangle are longer than the base. Say; 6 or 7' foot tall. (7. Over lap your ends of the 2X4s. Secure with wood glue and bolts & Washers, nice fat ones, not the skinny ones. Something more than 1/4" dia. (8. By now you should get it, but if you don't than this is what you should see: The cement tire is your securing anchor; the standing end of the chain (The chain length that is approaching the Wooden Triangle is the standing end. The Bitter End is the short end of the chain draped over the peak of the Triangle where you MADE SURE THERE IS A OPEN ENDED "V, ' Which is the Saddle, or the "Y" whatever you call it. The Bitter End needs to rest in that Valley, you can put rubber or leather in there to protect the wood from the swinging impact. (9. Connect the chain to the "D-rings on your boxing bag that is still resting on the ground. You should have the Triangle brace also laying under the chain WITH THE POINTY END TOWARDS THE BAG, so now you'll need help to stand up the triangle and real soon, the bag will begin to dangle: PUSH AND"TILIT", or LEAN IT BACK towards the TIRE, (If it seems that the base will slide, then put a tent peg in the ground to prevent that. You need to find Your LEANING FULCRUM; thereby balancing your Heavy Boxing bag from Stem to Stern. If your Base is too narrow, you'll soon find out when leg cutting or using Round-house kicks or throwing Hooks, or elbows. I'll be starting on mine soon. Seeing this article vid, just motivated me! Have a good workout men!

Why not used junk tires? The labels on them suggest they are new.
Can someone give some examples of uses????
Retaining wall. You could easily build a substantial wall using this idea.
