yeah it was...it was cool to get there while it was still dark and see the transition from dark to light. Perhaps somewhat symbolic of a personal transition that I'm going through lately
It’s awesome how you bounce back so fast and keep that smile going. Keep crushing it! Chúc mừng năm mới to you, Trang and her family from a very old gal in Virginia.
Dude, that beach totally reminds me of Waikiki Beach in Oahu if you took away all the high rise hotels and beach front restaurants and bars at Waikiki Beach. The hill at the end of the long beach looks like Diamond Head, at the end of Waikiki Beach. The water feels just like the water in Hawaii. Just like as if God mixed the perfect temperature of the water for our level of skin comfort. Honestly, I have never seen you laughs more than when you are with the Ex-girlfriend. She still seems a bit sad while wearing a brave smile. She is obviously not totally over the relationship you guys had last year.
We would love to see a video from you of all the windsurfing and kitesurfing videos. We always see a ton of videos of kitesurfing and windsurfing in Mui Ne. The water sports is making a strong resurgent with the addition of foil blades to the boards. I want to learn how to foil blades windsurf the next time I'm in Vietnam. If I can rent equipments at Phan Rang instead of Mui Ne, I will give it a try there.
I have never done kitesurfing/windsurfing. I looked into the cost of taking kitesurfing lessons here and it wasn't cheap. Like $400 for the cheapest package...something I want to do but will have to save up a bit and plan it out
@@BigTimeBentley I think the last time I windsurf in Mui Ne at Full Moon Windsurfing Hotel and Resort, it only cost around $30 for all day rental of their equipments. They had some really great equipments because they are a licensed partner with Starboard Windsurfing Corporation in Thailand. I just stayed at a normal hotel for $15/night and walked 5 minutes to Full Moon Resort everyday to used their equipments all day long for $30/day. The lessons and tips were free from the Vietnamese equipments guys working at Full Moon. They all were really great windsurfers and kite boarders, and were all too happy to teach me for free on the beach when I asked for helps and tips. I heard that adding the foil wing blade to the board will make you feel like you are flying on air.
wow that's awesome...yeah because it seemed like the rentals were relatively cheap but that it was the lessons that were expensive...maybe I should go check out Mui Ne again and do some windsurfing and regular surfing@@darthson9655
@@BigTimeBentley My only tip about water/wind sports in Vietnam is to go early in the after noon. From 11am to 1 pm is a good 2 hours period for beginners. Mui Ne is one of the best spot in the world for windsurfing and Kite boarding because they have a reliable thermal driven wind. As the day gets older and the sun heats up the interior land, the cooler air from the sea rapidly flows towards the hotter air inland. This thermodynamic air flow causes the wind to be steady abound 20 to 30 knots from east to west by the time it is one or two pm, and the steady wind will lasts until the sun start to go down. The cities/towns along the coast don't know how lucky they are to be located in such a wonderful area to have good steady thermal driven wind conditions for water/wind sports. Why aren't there more sailboats out in Vietnam's water as well? It would be a great vacation to be on a sailboat sailing up and down the coast of Vietnam.
Tyler, are you two back together? When you date a Vietnamese girl, they are looking married and starting a family, unlike Americans, you can live together and have children without getting married … seriously.
The sun is crazy strong over there ☀️ 🥵 🍹

05.45 you shit the bed 🤣🤣
lol no time guessing on this one
what camera you use Ben? thanks
gopro hero 9 black (dear gopro: feel free to send me that sponsorship $ if you're readying this lol)
Did U notice any rifts or under current?
no, especially in comparison with the beaches in LA where I grew up where there can be very strong currents
Is that Ninh Chu beach? I am from Phan Rang I don't think there is a beach called Phan Rang beach.
Yes it is called Ninh Chu Beach
What does Dank mean?
Good (Slang)
No dank rate for the beach?
I'll give it an 8.8
I would like bigger waves though
Tyler, are you two back together? When you date a Vietnamese girl, they are looking married and starting a family, unlike Americans, you can live together and have children without getting married … seriously.
True. Western culture is so messed up.
did your girl study abroad? Her English is really good
no she didn't. she's really good at learning languages
Just like the water around Alcatraz....NOT
lol way colder there
