How do you decide what to record? I feels like I want to record it all and get overwhelmed

Great question! This is why I always sort of start with photos. I tend to take thousands of photos on my phone and then never look at the them again. So this forces me to pick my favorite moments and jot that down. But I like to put funny things my husband says, memorable moments, fun facts... there is really no rule. Just jot down the things you know you will forget, but want to remember!
