the truth is our govt does not want u to have more ph simply because that will affect productivity and dont forget company still have to pay u on ph. mid-autumn and ching min is ph in china and taiwan but not in sg as it would be too sensitive but i tot they should have 1 or 2 day LKY day so we can commemorate what he had done and i m sure all sporean irregardless of race would be able to accept this.
Maybe can compromise by allowing those that need to have those extra festive holiday take unpaid leave on those days only or after using their annual leave. Can try giving people 2 kind of working contract to chose from, more holidays(lesser annual income), less holiday(higher income). With the info, HR can work on manpower issues.....

应该给各个种族再增加一天 华族可以从中秋 清明 端午挑一天 其他三个由其他种族来定 从而从十一天增加到十五天
