They nerfed chip damage on stormcell, all that means is we have to see Raiden players spam it even more. It was a nerf that changes nothing. What they should have done is set a cooldown on that stupid move like that eagly and ice clone.
As a Raiden main, I disagree that it "did nothing", but I also think it was not enough of a nerf and the solution to my mind 1. make it easier to flawless block it (that's the biggest problem playing online, Americans dont pick Raiden in offline tournaments after nerfs) 2. Make the Kano and other ambushes visible on screen at all times(maybe some sort of indicator), instead of hiding them.

just whif , and punish raiden ,,,, as smoke...raiden is a cheap chip artist... and he can fly across the top of the screen to (kill time)... some of these characters is ridiculous and shouldve been meant for boss fights more than "mortal" fights, smoke deserves atleast one projectile grenade with all the zoning in the game

Fatal blow still being rewarded to the player that's LOSING 😂 game really died when they started punishing the person that's winningq aka 50% fatal blows. "Top 8 kontenders" one constantly backing up and using kameo/safe moves while the other constantly pokes into chip to kameo safety 😂 games a joke
