I've never actually seen so many OTA in one area, generally there's only one or two online at a time. Even during massive all-out city wars like these, they rarely pop up unless absolutely necessary.
ota are more chill since they have less rules to follow than other divisions unless in some extreme circumstances, so they usually come on when theyre bored

Out of any Half Life 2 roleplay game i've seen on roblox, this is my favorite. City-8 its good too, but its more chaotic and such. plus, in certain ways, this is way more detailed as well.
Those are only for white listed personals and only over watch can be transported but that was soo big jw so unions were allowed to be transported ASWELL.
I've never personally seen any Airwatch vehicles in the game, despite having been through several Autonomous Judgement events, But the SPEAR (Shotgunners that can enter restricted areas) have manhacks.
I've seen dropship normaly, even without JW or AJ. That time when TrainYard it's full wil Rebels and Citizens, CPs report that the city it's empty and a bunch of citizen having a red Apply card on them. Yep the airwatch deployed to secure out of reach areas.
