তিনটি ভিন্ন ভিন্ন রাজনৈতিক দল কিন্তু সবগুলো দলের নামের সংক্ষিপ্ত রূপ এক। বিএসপি নামে রাজনৈতিক কার্যক্রম চালাচ্ছে বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম পার্টি, বাংলাদেশ শ্রমজীবী পার্টি এবং বাংলাদেশ সনাতন পার্টি। এর মধ্যে নির্বাচন কমিশনের নিবন্ধন পেয়েছে বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রিম পার্টি। বাকি দু'টো দল নিবন্ধন না পেলেও অন্য দলের বিএসপি নাম ব্যবহার নিয়ে আছে আপত্তি আছে বাংলাদেশ শ্রমজীবী পার্টির। তবে নামের একই সংক্ষিপ্ত রূপ ব্যবহারকে সমস্যা হিসেবে দেখছে না বাকি দুই দল।
