    This video is why I couldn’t find a dealer within 50 miles of me with one in stock! makes me really happy that I ordered a premium 1000 last week. I won’t get to have any fun til late July, early August.

      Glad to hear that you are getting one it’s worth the wait we really like ours and for all stock suspension and tires I’m really happy with the performance. Hopefully you’re new machine will arrive sooner than expected. Cheers

      I really appreciate that. I’ve never purchased a utv or atv of any kind before. I’ve looked at all sorts of machines and I broke it down to a canam defender hd10 or the ranger 1000 premium. I got away from watching dealer ads because I knew they were only going to tell and show what we want to see and hear. It’s videos like this that show true use and capabilities. After my buddy used his agricultural farm discount and the dealer promotion, I’m getting my steel blue premium out the door for under 15 grand. I just felt it was the best deal for the better side by side. I’m thankful you made this video. I doubt I ever take mine through anything like that. But if I did! I’m coming out of the mud like a boss, leaning over and telling my buddy...It’s even got a turf mode! Lol You all take care and have a great day!

      I ordered my first Ranger on August 21st. I got the premium 1000 in onyx black. It will be later October or the first part of November when I get mine.

    We have a 2020 ranger 1000 premium with the winter prep package, heater and hydraulic plow. Absolute animal and will push as much snow as my V8 Dakota. Only handicap is weight, and a couple tube sandbags in the bed make the difference.

    • @playinginthedirt7357
      @playinginthedirt7357  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s awesome and I agree that the Ranger is a beast of a animal and that’s really saying something about the Ranger pushing snow like a v8 . I love hearing stories like yours. Thank you for commenting.

    No wonder why Polaris has a short warranty!!!!

    Hey man I have been interested in getting one of these and was pleased to find your video. I wanted to see a stock or slightly modified ranger going through typical trails you’d encounter and how it would perform. Not something with a huge lift and 35” tires at some mud park. Good video. Straight to the point 👌

    My ‘20 XP 1000 crew would’ve broken the front driveshaft (prop shaft) in that hole. And then Polaris would’ve denied the warranty claim due to a “torque spike”. Ask me how I know.

      I believe you Travis that must be why they made the 2021 …. 30% stronger they must of known it was a issue

    Something that long looks like it can easily get hung up, have you experienced that yet?

    • @playinginthedirt7357
      @playinginthedirt7357  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had through places that I thought it would not make it through and it did sometimes the length of the the machine helps . I can tell you ground clearance is a big factor I have buried the frame where the ruts are too deep. I hope this was helpful and answered you’re questions. Thank you

      @@playinginthedirt7357 so the xp is only 1" more so xp isn't worth almost 5 grand more?

    • @playinginthedirt7357
      @playinginthedirt7357  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@hiking7521 The XP has about 20 more hp dual overhead cam compared to single overhead which I believe is around 62 hp as far as ground clearance 1” put some 28” tires on it should bump it an 1-1/2 if you save 5 grand going with the single overhead cam you can upgrade shocks and tires and still be under 5k
