Hey great to see you posting again over the past couple of weeks! I would get rid of the rotten wood - even if you have to make temporary repairs with epoxy and glass, the rot and damp will spread otherwise - looks like you have your hands full! Keep us updated!

Cool! Oslo was down in Invercargill for quite a few years, apparently one of the previous owners would run homemade rum from Bluff to Stewart Island.
