Sir, FII Selling is not huge compared to March 2020,where they sold ₹65K crores when nifty was trading at approximately 11500. Whereas now FII started selling nifty from 26300. Index heavy weight stocks increased three fold from 2020. In this Month October if they offload more then 150K Crores then it’s a record.
Still our market may fall, this is because correction, China's game. And Fiis are planning to make short profit in China's market but Chian is trapping them. And more over our September results are also not better. To stop this fall down our Government should implement some new financial policies.
In my opinion, it is because of adding more OI in Put side by Writers. When more OI, it becomes Support and naturally market tend to uptrend and thereby, Call writers become panic and they have to exit( short cover). Experienced traders, please share your opinion and I may be Wrong also.
I'm so glad I hedged my portfolio with US markets. Today's rally puts the S&P 500 officially up +40% over the last 12 MONTHS. This is a larger 12-month gain than ANY annual return in the S&P 500 dating back to 1954. I believe something is brewing in US markets before elections and Indian FII exit may be related to this inflows.

This is a profit booking not a correction. FII and DII buy and sell ration are almost same. However, lot of retail participated started booking there profit. In 2008 FII sold 37% of there worth (Rs 28K Crores). I n 2020 FII sold 30% (78K Crores) and now FII sold 8% of there worth (1.3 Lacs Crores). So market will bounce back soon. No panic.
My friend stocks are falling more than 20-40%…. Market will recover but stocks falling 20-40% will recover slow as compare… you are market participants after Covid I guess… market dynamics are much different
