being from an engineering background I would suggest you fit a bigger sprocket to the rear wheel or a smaller one on the reduction box to let the motor reach peek reves putting less stress on the clutch. I would also brace the reduction box to the frame to avoid a twist on the engine mounts as have seen the castings snap off very easily on them engines. and I would fit a spring chain tensioner to take up the slack .its a good build and have subscribed to your Chanel keep up the good work
Great comment… I was going to suggest something along those lines myself as something doesn’t appear right when he first takes off from a stand still.. plus only having a front brake can cause issues at some stage so I would recommend a rear brake as well or instead the front brake 🤷♂️

Why not build an adaptor plate for the the rear sprocket> once welded, you are stuck with that gear. Weld a plate to hub, then bolt on the sprocket of your choice since it will wear in time.....
All this work to use a 1"/25.4mm headset, why? I'd want the bigger head tube to get bigger welds and more support with bigger bearings. Better selection of stems as well. Am I missing something?
@@josesoto4440 no way that two stroke has a lot more it is geared wrong he needs a smaller gear in the front and a bigger sprocket in the back and it will rev higher and be faster

I like the simplicity of your design. Id like to see a trike like this like an upside down Y where the center post holds the big/drive wheel, and the trailing ends of the Y you stand on. Oh and no brakes!

Personally, I would not trust the way the rear wheel is mounted. The 100% rear axle comes out after a few kilometers and must be tightened again.
