Thats what pit crew do!, I did a silverstone endurance race and we bent a rear control arm, spent three hours sorting the car out getting it back on track. people walking in talking to drivers and management me and the pit crew sorting stuff out and getting it done!.

Adam can lay down laps like Chelsea, Tuerk and any of the other champs, but his consistency is just not there yet. He's got the talent. He will be at the top one day

One of the things that I dislike is seeing a car beat up, but seeing what the S15 looks like at the end of the FD seasons is pretty cool to me. Shows that you really use the car. Each tire mark, dent, skuff, and missing body panel is just showing that the S15 is being used exactly what it was made for.
Dude I really love the attitude and outlook you’ve had this year, I honestly think that alone has affected your driving in a positive sense. Also your driving skills have clearly been climbing consistently since you entered pro 1, we love watching you constantly push on each run. Remember when he took the cream machine to the track in Connecticut for a impromptu video and he was initiating at 110 to 120 mph and looked like he’d been doing it his whole life. The guy shooting even commented about “who needs a 2JZ” cause the SR was killing it. Adam is a born natural.

It's 3 hours of driving between the compound and the freedom factory, but I think you are correct in Cleetus letting Adam use the track for practice if he wanted.
Have to think if it would be worth the risk of damaging it before a fd event though safer to wait until events to take risks got to give him props for giving his all :)
@@smudge2021 That's true outside of Formula Drift pro competition. Drivers aren't allowed to test their cars on the next upcoming track within (I believe) 2 weeks of the event. Mind you he could still test at the compound or at Cleetus' place. He just can't go practice at St Louis for round 5 per se.
My kid dragged me to the FD event. WOW, I must admit your sport is very impressive. I'm or used to be a NASCAR guy, but I think I got the FD itch! Amazing how the drivers are so nice and interact with the fans. Most NASCAR drivers would be like yea I'm busy, you guys just take time and actually care about the fans, with out throwing $ your way. Get that car ready for St. Louis. Can't wait to watch the stream!

Have to think if it would be worth the risk of damaging it before a fd event though safer to wait until events to take risks got to give him props for giving his all :)

@@smudge2021 That's true outside of Formula Drift pro competition. Drivers aren't allowed to test their cars on the next upcoming track within (I believe) 2 weeks of the event. Mind you he could still test at the compound or at Cleetus' place. He just can't go practice at St Louis for round 5 per se.

Dude keep going crashing is apart of racing. I've been racing rally cars for 10 years and have crashed a few times. It's annoying but shit happens

My kid dragged me to the FD event. WOW, I must admit your sport is very impressive. I'm or used to be a NASCAR guy, but I think I got the FD itch! Amazing how the drivers are so nice and interact with the fans. Most NASCAR drivers would be like yea I'm busy, you guys just take time and actually care about the fans, with out throwing $ your way. Get that car ready for St. Louis. Can't wait to watch the stream!

think of it like this, any shortcomings now are your next win. your killing it man, youve got an amazing team and a crap ton of talent as a driver. i feel like its more or less a battle of experience, and you are literally so close to wiping the floor with the veterans. you were doing insanely good on a bad setup, your going to do insanely great on a good setup. keep moving forward.
