Splashing cold water on your face when youre fasting and cant drink caffeine always gives me a boost of energy. when taking on a big task like step it helps to not think about the future exam day and to just take it one day at a time, that way you wont distract yourself with the stress. wow, you finish your 2 yr uni journey and are about to start your 2 year clinical journey, I am starting my own 2 year nursing job (But I'm also applying for med for next yr so it may only be 1 yr nursing journey). It just sucks that I had to move 1/2 way across the world for my job :( Good luck on your clinicals, here's some advice if you choose to take it on board; write down what you do during the day and get feedback from your intern or whoever you learn under - what you did well and what you can improve on. When you see a patient with a reason for being there (something like cardiac arrest) a good exercise I found to really understand things from a wide perspective is to work backwards as to why they're there. Cardiac arrest happened because cholesterol buildup --> cholesterol from bad diet --> bad diet from depression Some thing like that, and you can not only help treat the high cholesterol but the underlying cause as well.
I am so happy for you and I feel like you are doing GCSE exams like everyday for you to pull it off and I hope I can do that in the future as a med student.

I'm also med student, currently in year 2 (6 year USMD program). our med school prepares us for USMLE step 1 and so as soon as we learn something new, they also recommend us to g though FA and see what is important, but I feel like FA is quite vague, so I use Lecturio videos to understand concepts better and more efficiently. Do you think I can do things better with regards to directly seeing what is included in step 1 straight after learning the system?

Last exam week of med school yoh are graduating me too. I took my spanish final it had two parts to it. Part one I got a 27 out of 50 and am already failing the class. Tje teacher said I need to get 20 percent of the question right on the final both parts together are worth 100 points and is 25 percent of my grade. Part 2 was to write a 20 sentences and I used google translate to help me. Inshallah I pass the class.
