Bro you are right. Everyone feels happy whenever anything gets developed. Majority of the migrants are educated persons only. Most of the metro cities boasts PSU Headquarters and corporate office but their major manufacturing industry (integrated units) is located in states like Jharkhand, Gujarat, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Specialised plant or subsidiary plants are located in UP, Maharashtra, Haryana etc. I have many friends from every parts of India especially Maharashtra, Haryana and Karnataka who have worked with me in remote locations of Odisha and Jharkhand. So migration does not haapens from only one state. It happens from every state depending upon qualifications and job profile.
(Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, Ahmedabad, Surat, Hyderabad is filled with lot of IT companies, consultant firms, servive sector companies. That's why these type of cities is densely populated and cosmopolitan culture is there.)

I am from BKSC but now settled in Mumbai for many years. I spent 18 wonderful years in BKSC before moving for higher studies. Since 2004, I haven't had the chance to go back because my father retired from SAIL. I miss BKSC so much, but Mumbai has been a lovely home too.

SAIL had developed this city beautifully but now a days its infrastructure is getting worse just because of SAIL.Can you imagine everyday 2-3 hour power cut by SAIL,maximum 1 hour water supply, roads which were last repaired some 10 years ago.SAIL quarters are in bad shape.
