The whole idea is that the Vegas pewpew event was a funny little trick by a three letter organisation because supposedly, the rate of pew from the "fun-dispenser" isn't similar to a bump-stock and more akin to a military m249 light machine fun-dispenser, as well as that they only found a certain amount of funs & fun magazines in the hotel room of the supposed pewpew man.
