    Loved this, love the energy! Favourite breakfast are pancakes. Oats, protein powder, eggs, bananas then lots of toppings.

    Hard gainer shake:
    2 scoops protein
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter
    1 cup whole milk
    1 cup egg whites
    1 cup oats
    1 banana
    Blend and grow

      I always wanted to try the egg whites in a shake but i heard it doesnt digest or absorb well. Whatz your opinion on that?

      @@JoNoP100 I’ve never had an issue just using the regular egg whites in a carton. Its sooo much better than eating them.

      The question is what is eating “big”?? my maintenance for 215lbs at approx 12%bf is 3900 to 4000 cal. I can gain on 4500…to me, that’s NOT eating big. It’s extremely easy to hit 4500 clean cals

      @@Rope001 why? I compete in classic physique with a weight cut off of 197lbs….if I were to go from 215 to 250, it would be mostly water and fat. Also losing nearly 60lbs to get on stage is a pretty bad idea

      But to some 4500 clean is still uneatable,so they need to blend it.As u said it,"big" is subjective..

      @@Rope001 exactly, that’s why I don’t get the “eat big” statement. My training partner eats almost 1500 cal more than me (6000) and it’s very doable for him as well. Same as when someone says lift “heavy” but I think “eat big” or lift “heavy” prob sound better than “eat enough” or lift “enough” haha
