    Looks good. How long did it fly on the 1500 mah battery?

      2200 mah , 3s and 4s , 4s easy 4 mins and the 3s if you chill can go easy 6 mins or more. Ran good plane is great for price and what you get.

    Just read the description. See you didn't use any of the stock pnp stuff. What is the diff?

      @scalercchicago9938  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I didn’t get the full kit. I had to add my own servos , rx , and motor. But for full BNF kit just be diff motor really.

      Awesome. Hope you're still flying it. I bought the pnp version. Haven't flown it yet. Gonna change the wheels for bigger ones. Laughed so much when your kid was so excited about a real plane passing. Exact same thing happend to me just yesterday lol

      @@mathewwebb522 Nice !!! Glad you have one and ready to fly it. You will be surprised how good it flys and how acrobatic it can be. I have tried bigger wheels also and it works as well. Lol for sure he was super excited seeing the real plane up there. Every time he gets like that. Enjoy the flight and have fun.

    do you use brushless motor cross mountings?

    • @scalercchicago9938
      @scalercchicago9938  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depending on your motor or what adapter you use I had to add a plate/balsa square for my motor set up to secure the mounting. I wanted it reinforced . Epoxy it on there and also used screw/bolt to plastic fuselage.

      @@scalercchicago9938 I mean, after you use the D2826 using an additional stand or keep using the original Volantex 747-6 holder?
      may I ask for the picture, and send it to email k.berm9@gmail.com
      I also have a 747-6 v2 kit, still confused about choosing a brushless motor
      Can u help me...?
      Thank's

      @@k_berm9deddy93 Factory motor is a 2216/1400 kv. You can get same size or really anything on this link will work. Look for ones does 3s/4s and just get a decent esc amperage. If you get close same spec size you can use the motor backing plate in the kit and it will mount up to the back of the motor then to the fuse. I would send pics but I sold the plane. Here is the link to the 1400 kv motors.

      @@k_berm9deddy93 if it doesn’t mount up perfect you deff will have to custom make an adapter plate like I did which is easy to do and not bad. Also I have seen parts on Amazon that are factory for that plane. Anything else just shoot me a message and I’m glad to help out.

    what brushless motor to use?

    • @scalercchicago9938
      @scalercchicago9938  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Grab a motor from here. Very good quality for the prices. You can also check the tube some guys who have big channels use them. I’ve had good luck with them. Use what the manufacture suggests for size and sunny sky will have the same for it. You can always go bigger just have to modify some. Make sure your esc matches your motor and battery.
