That's packet editing for sure. I've been making hacks for this game so I can report the methods to Forza devs and packet editing they can't fix because its host end and the server is forced to accept the packets, its the same on cs:go and there isn't much the devs can do :/
I have been playing online lately and have noticed that the majority of drivers I race against never brake they take corners at hi speed with no issues and every time I tune a car and know it drive well it still won’t keep up it’s like they have a cheat on so they don’t have to slow down. It makes playing the online portion really annoying
In Online I Sometimes Have Cars Teleporting Randomly But thats An Issue With The Internet Connection, not Like the Boosts In The Video cuz They Stay Behind . In Offline I See The Drivartars In Expert Or Higher Difficulty Having Godlike Grip Through Corners and A 430+km/h topspeed With Cars That Shouldnt Be Able To Go That Fast (Audi TT And Ford Focus RS) while I Have to use The Brakes Just to not fly Off The Track. (Seriously How Can we Not Keep up With A Seemingly Stock Ford Ford while We Drive Either A Maxed Out Mosler Or A Maxed Out Lotus Elise GT1?! I Tried Making An S2 Focus and An S2 TT But neither Can Reach That Speed or Grip)
Yeah that's why I only played 4 for about 2 weeks. Every time I did any leaderboard type activity I was apparently the worst player in the world. I absolutely loved 3 and the fact that a car could mess up a perfect run on a drift or speed zone was good, and now the cars are ghosts. SMH
Bro, imagine being so bad that even the easiest difficulty with assists cant get you a win so you just buy a mod menu. This man must've enjoyed COD when it was pay to win in its supply drop phase. This is also literally every event you do with bots, and especially the events with the train and hovercraft.

Nope, it's packet editing to simulate lagging and make the server move your pos. further ahead than you were in the first place. It's used in a lot of CS:GO hacks as well to disturb the tick rate and give you double fire or the ability to teleport.
