    Please I don't have a debit card, how do I go about my password reset? I've been having serious difficulties logging into my account since the app upgrade. Please reply

    I keep getting this message that the password must contain 4 unique characters. I have combined all characters i know, please why i am not getting it? Could you show me an example

    Thanks for doing this. However, what of those who are out of the country and do not have acess to the local number attached to their account and their debit card has expired.
    Kindly create the option to send the OTP to the email attached to the account on the new app. Thanks.

    This isn't working I have tried it severally they keep telling me that 6 digits validation failed and my card is intact hasn't expired about four years left and I didn't like using ussd because you guys can do away with money through charges anyhow while using ussd after charging through the process of the transaction you guys will be removing 2k month end which is not fare at all

    The old app was way better and smarter. This just lags.. can't even open it with my biometrics without get a red notification.

    I have attempted to contact you on this for a long time now to no avail (I have been unable to access the app since after updating it). Now you make it seem like contacting you is that easy...

      Same here, ive been trying to contact them through their customer care service but they keep ignoring, and its so frustrating!!

    This app update just ruined everything...How the hell can you delete someone details, even fingerprints ain't working...what kind of silly developers are this nitori olorun?
    No one knows how to reset this, even your video still couldn't help.

    i did what u said. after putting my id and aact number linked to my card it said invalid acct?
