8:10 you right they are very close "I hang out with Calum the most, I used to go to his house roughly five times a week. Calum and I can hangout and not talk about anything, sit like old men and just sit in his backyard or something" - Ashton
luke is very vulnerable and has said before that when they were writing this album he was in a really dark place mentally and ash helped him, ash has always been a big brother and u can tell by their body language they always lean into each ither
Luke is pretty insecure about sharing his feelings. Michael is insecure in general and has spoken out about his depression. Ashton tries to be as vibrant as possible and connect with the fans - he wants to put on that entertainer air - because he went through depression and has always been a father figure in his family’s life and became that for many. Calum struggles with a lisp and being super shy too. They have all come a very long way in the 10 years they have been together and although you can see some of these traits in them - you can also see how far they’ve come.
In the 5SOS movie documentary, Ashton said that when he joined the band he felt so grateful to find people who share the same sense of humor as him. They are very close, they grew up together so they call each other "brothers" which is so wholesome! I can't remember if it was the 2012 or 2013 episode, but in one of them Calum tells a story and I think you'll enjoy his communication skill and the progress he made.
you’re really spot on with how they communicate with fans like they’re just friends. i met luke in person and i’m an extremely shy person. but i felt comfortable talking to him because it felt like i was talking to a friend. i love how we have inside jokes with the band and can joke around and chat like friends. it’s a very special bond i feel like we have with them and it’s something i appreciate so much. i wonder how 5sos would react to this video! see if they agree or not :)
I think them having a more sarcastic sense of humour comes from being Australian, I feel like overall aussies are normally quite sarcastic. (This is coming from an Aussie)
0:50 - That’s called being an Aussie. Their accents may have been Americanised, but they were still born and raised here in Australia where that kind of character is the rule rather than the exception.
They come from the same area of Sydney as me in Australia ( a very boring one and most of us speak in what we call a general Australian accent ) so it’s odd to hear them loose their accents but apparently the Australian accent is the easiest accent to loose.
Thank you so much! Could you react to Luke and Ashton talking about their own albums. They both get more serious and they discuss heavier topics. Also, could you react to Conan Gray?
Please react to P1Harmony's introduction videos. They're a 4th generation kpop group, and they're all fairly young. They consider themselves a family and I would love to hear your commentary on their communication.
Can you please react to SUPER JUNIOR (The Kings of hallyu wave) I am sure you'll find them interesting as they have a very strong bond with each other more like a family, been in the industry for 17 Years and still going strong they are so chaotic and hilarious, I'm so curious about your communication analysis of them I suggest their BuzzFeed Would You Rather interview th-cam.com/video/7gK0gdxdo2w/w-d-xo.html
can you please look into the kpop group ,, weki meki ,, and how they communicate ? they’re a very underrated group,, and i just love their friendship. you should watch weki meki mohae
