Rob - My son Danny went through about 4 years of near constant headaches. It started right about the time he hit puberty and ended around the time he stopped growing. It would spike each time he had a growth spurt. I learned a whole lot about this medical phenomenon. It is more common in girls than in boys. We went everywhere and tried just about everything. Not a single doctor could tell us what it was except persistent headache syndrome. Its heartbreaking watching someone you love go through so much pain. The good new is he is now 19, and he is 98% headache free. Soon to become a Marine. Very proud of him and if there is a silver lining, I would say he appreciates life more having gone through this.
Well said. Just got home from church and feel blessed. I found a church that is all inclusive. Basically we are made up of people who have felt alienated by classic doctrine. Gay, agnostic, questioning, or dare I say, atheists. I like to joke that we are the people that have all been kicked out of better churches:). Funny thing is that it works. The spirituality and love is amazing. One credo we have is " Following Christ is as much about this life as the next". Don't know your religious beliefs, but I certainly won't judge them. Roger Heuckeroth sometimes bad things turn into a blessing. I had a simple operation go wrong and woke up 2 weeks later with tubes all in me and a bag on my side. Im so thankful for life now and i never was. Sometimes we have to be woken up.

Hey Rob, my wife was having the same isses w head pain and all kinds of stuff that no one could figure it out (bad pain that required ER trips). After about a year of doctors and test they told us that it was occipital Neuralgia, nerves that create head pressure and pain. Maybe she needs to look into that and rule it out. Hopefully she gets better, cheers.

Until the doctor took a test on her and realize she had a tumor in her brain. She got it out and doing well but cant see well without her glasses. I actually have the same thing that Ashley has and it happens to me again yesterday and my head hurts so much I felt her pain and I advise you to take her to an eye doctor and check her vision
Not sure if you can check and prevent brain aneurysm. My mom silently suffered from migraines until a blood vessel popped I heard a loud thump. I thought it was my 2 year old brother who fell and caused the loud thump but I found my mom on the floor seizuring (I think) and foaming at the mouth. She was rushed to the hospital into surgery & fortunately survived what turned out to be a brain aneurysm.
So many think those that reflect wealth have it made, but truth is; they suffer with trials and tribulations just like all of us. You're blessed and we pray Ashley gets the help she needs. Thanks for your video's and sharing your Christian life style. It's really not as rare as many believe.

Just a random question based on Ashley's condition, does she drink any diet soda's? reason for me asking is that diet soda's and flavored water contains a sweetener called Aspartame which is linked to a lot of unhealthy side effects, severe headaches among others.

Ashley i will add you in my prayers. GOD is truly able to heal you. My niece had extreme headaches all the time and doctors could not say why. Until the doctor took a test on her and realize she had a tumor in her brain. She got it out and doing well but cant see well without her glasses. So we here in the 242 Bahamas will keep you in our prayers Ashley. Oh also i love in the back of Yah Yah Shirt. It has the Bahamas Flag. Yall are a Beautiful family. Stay safe and smooth sailing.

I actually have the same thing that Ashley has and it happens to me again yesterday and my head hurts so much I felt her pain and I advise you to take her to an eye doctor and check her vision
Not sure if you can check and prevent brain aneurysm. My mom silently suffered from migraines until a blood vessel popped I heard a loud thump. I thought it was my 2 year old brother who fell and caused the loud thump but I found my mom on the floor seizuring (I think) and foaming at the mouth. She was rushed to the hospital into surgery & fortunately survived what turned out to be a brain aneurysm.
So many think those that reflect wealth have it made, but truth is; they suffer with trials and tribulations just like all of us. You're blessed and we pray Ashley gets the help she needs. Thanks for your video's and sharing your Christian life style. It's really not as rare as many believe.
I know this is four years later, but family is in my prayers. My wife has been to Mayo Scottsdale many times since 2008. 4 times since December 2021.
