Yo bro your getting better every day! Some things that helped me get better when I was starting out to help me get trials with mls academies and get to play for my ynt. Since your relatively new to football. prioritize technique. Wall passing, ball mastery, juggling. Work on your shooting down the line once you’ve gotten better at those three. Also pls don’t spam bicep curls and dead lifts😂 train like an athlete plyometrics/isometrics. Good luck❤
When you are doing the stepover you must drop your shoulder. Don’t just step over the ball you need to add that drop of the shoulder to deceive defenders
@@Teddy88896 he just steps over the ball and in a real game the defender will not move unless he adds that quick drop of the shoulder to beat the defender
Hi, I'm kinda on the wrong account but I wanted to let you know that on the la croqueta you should aim to be dragging the ball across your body and moving. If you're 1 on 1 with a defender and just chop they can easily intercept, but if you drag it wider and take a decent jump outwards you'll make great distance and you'll be harder for that player to tackle.
