If you don't mind me asking where did you guys live while rehabbing/how far away? I would love to rehab on my own but doing a lived in flip but doing so could be pretty tough especially with COVID and not being able to shower in gyms.

Were you ever concerned that they would check to make sure it was your primary residence and get into mortgage fraud issues? As a state trooper you may be thinking "laws are NOT hard to break, or else I may be out of a job" but this one is VERY hard to! lol y'all are great and i've enjoyed watching your videos immensely...when both of you get into the weeds about a certain problem you're trying to fix, it really breaks a barrier that you don't get when someone is glossing over a certain topic. thank you!
Mitre saw (12”), table saw, and Oscillating saw (flush cutter). Few others are a jigsaw also 18 gauge and 16 gauge nailers are good to have! I could talk this stuff all day so if you’ve got other questions don’t hold back lol

Once you have a tenant do you have to wait a certain time before you refinance or can I refinance as soon as the tenant signs the lease?
