As long as he made sure to wash his hands properly before handling that gummy bear and rinsing his hands in the liquor, it should be safe enough to drink. People are just letting the visual get to them. Which I would imagine he did that on purpose to freak people out. Frankly, a lot of chefs use their bare hands on your food in restaurants after washing, the difference is no alcohol was involved. So, I wouldn’t take issue with my drink being handled this way as long a proper washing took place prior.
