This turban headband is a wonderful project for so many reasons: quick and easy; nice reversible pattern; uses up leftover yarn; can also be a neck warmer; makes a great gift. I've found making them is quite addictive. I have a literal wardrobe of them. My neck gets cold, so I wear them as a neck warmer all day long. If I do happen to get too warm, it's easy to take off. The ribbing pattern is very nice.
I know rhis os so off topic but i kist can not get my tenison right no matter how i hold it or how many videos i watch i have been practicing constantly as I am paralyzed and cannot walk are there any extra tips that you can give me to help me with this
Please do the best you can. I remember my grandmother once knitted a sweater with 3 different size needles. She alternated the thickness. She kept a note of which needle she used each time, in order to use the same sequence on the back and the sides. It turned our really pretty. There is no way anyone would notice a difference in your stitches.
Hi Joanne, I have been following you for a very long time, and love your videos 💕 can you tell me how wide the finished turban is please, so I can work out how many stitches I would need on 10mm needles. Thank you so much 😊
Lovely as usual I really missed you grandma Joanne. I want to know what type of camera you are using for that video I love the idea that u can control the zoon in or out as you work rather than hiring someone to film you. I really need such a cam
I love your channel. Everything is so slow and easy to follow and i consider myself an intermediate knitter. Thanks Joanne
I want one in every color and black and white faux fur. You make the most beautiful things so simply. THANK YOU!

How many stitches to cast on
Please go under the video on Watch More. for instructions.
Muchas gracias manos maravillosas! 🥇
If I’m using 5 yarn and 6mm do I still cast on 31?
No. I believe you can use less stitches. Otherwise it would be too wide.
Lovely as usual I really missed you grandma Joanne.

HD AVCHD Handycam from SONY. Not fancy or expensive. Just very handy and good.
@@JoannesWeb Where do you put the camera? on triple stand?
شكرا وعاشت الايادي 💚
Muchas gracias a usted 🙏
Love it
Hello whenever I start with row 1, on row two i always end up with k2 instead of p1. I'm a beginner and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong
I’m not really sure, but maybe you need to bring the yarn to the front before purling?
Your the best ever x x x x
