Tip for realistic mode: if you see a tank, say Target them so that your teammates can see there is a tank there and what tank it is
I find this really helpful although not a lot of people do this

Realistic is a Light Tank's mode, You can literally waltz around the enemy team and destroy them from the back.

In realistic mode, (nearly) every one get blind. 152mm can’t one shot enemy in full health unless less than 960HP
Auto lock on can certain helpful for spotting.
