I had a friend recently start Shadowbringers, and the first dungeon run... Was a disaster. XD
There couldn't be a better boss theme to get our butts kicked to at least.
The fact that a Lightwarden is the first major boss you fight is such a daunting task and yet feels like such an accomplishment once you do beat it, especially in the after-dungeon cutscene.
Tbf Holminster’s Switch is a pretty big difficulty spike compaired to the dungeons in the earlier expantions.
When my friend got to this dungeon, our healer died to the first mechanic of the end boss. Me playing PLD: well, I guess I’m the healer now too. We did it. No healer necessary, just PLD tank, a RPR and a BLM. WHM can floor tank
Can we all agree that Soken is not only the true successor to Uematsu but may also actually be a god of music made flesh?

Man this theme instantly takes me back. One of the themes i could never get sick of, despite hearing it at least once per day from roulettes, still went and listened to it over and over again on my phone.
Last expansion I played and was still my favorite. Never got tired of this boss theme either lol

@@LoneKuroRaifu endwalker was a conclusion story most of it finishing a long arc that's been going for years
Now dawntrail is around the corner with a new arc to go into it some say it might be the second coming of a story as great as shadowbringers.
Think this is the best dungeon boss theme in the game
Definitely need to do the rock version of Insatiable it would sound so much more hype with your drumming skills.

There is a reason that expansion is called Shadowbangers.
I just reached this Expansion this week, and when I heard this song, I was kinda on the fence with it because of Stormblood's music. Once everything set in though, I fell in love with it.
And then I see a drum cover of it from you while trying to figure out what it's called! ❤

This is my favorite Boss theme for FFXIV. When I first got to this dungeon during ShB, I turned up the volume on my headset and just rocked out to it and kept doing that the whole expansion. So good!
