For anyone wondering, we ended up using OBS NDI for recording with a second PC with screen capture (screen mirroring) to ease the encoding on the gaming pc but the GPU Acceleration option ended up using a good 15%/20% more GPU usage so it backfired and made the test less accurate. For next time we'll be using shadowplay instead since it only uses 5% or 10% at most for more accurate tests

Hey i wanna ask a question to you. The rtx 50 series will come the rtx 5090 in the 4th quarter of 2024 and 5080 5070 5060 5060 ti in the other half of 2025 probably. İm thinking to get an rtx 4080 super + r7 7800x3d. But should i do? Or wait for the 50? İ noticed a thing that rtx 50 series not good as expected but idk. İf i get an rtx 4080 super+ r7 7800x3d how long can my pc stand what do you think? And can it be outdated when 50 series release? Sorry for long questions. İ hope u answer

Personally, as someone who likes to future proof a pc.. if possible, I'd wait for the new series to come out so you know you'll get a good 3/5 year driver support.
One great thing about Nvidia is that they have good driver support even for their older cards. So if you're looking to have that pc in the long term, then the wait will give you more time in the future to prepare for your next upgrade. Plus it will give you more time to save for parts right now.
However if you're needing it right now for work/school or anything else that's really important to you then you could go with the 40 series cards because they will still have a good 3 or more years of driver support.
Overall I'd say to ask yourself how badly do you need it now or can it wait a bit longer.
I know from previous experience for me it was nice when I bought my RTX 3090 for my personal pc to be up to date at the time and not worry about it for some time. I bought it in 2021 and currently still using it, I know i still have some time left before they stop supporting it. From what I know so far they've stopped supporting the 900 series so there's still the 10 series, 16 series, 20 before they get to 30 series and 40

@@FPS-ON at First thanks for response i understanded u well but still idk. The specs of the system that im Looking to build:
      Gpu: rtx 4080 süper
      CPU : RYZEN 7 7800x3d
      PSU: Corsair rm850e 850 watt 80+ Gold
      MOTHERBOARD: gigabyte b650m ds3h
SSD: Samsung 980 pro 1 tb
      Ram: LEXAR Ares 2x16 GB DDR5 6000mhz CL30
LİQUİD COOLER: COOLERMASTER MASTERLİQUİD 360L CORE LİQUİD 3X120MM
Case: i dont know about it i will look.
İ Want a future proof system as you but i have bored from waiting i waited 10 months . How long can this system last? WHAT do you think?
İ looked up the released specs of rtx 50 series and i saw the 5090 is a beast but other ones are bad. The rtx 4090 is faster than 5080 u can look.
And i noticed a one thing. İ have a 3 k dollar bugdet for the whole system . That means i can only buy the gpu priced as rtx 4080 super(1k dollar) that means i cant buy 5080 ( i dont think 5080 will release from 1 k dollar) i can only buy 5070. And i think it will almost same ( maybe a bit faster with dlss) with rtx 4080. İm very confused Man isnt that rtx 4080 powerful?

@@KsKsksoksksk your pc parts should last up to 7 to 10 years and Personally i would get a Rtx 4080 as they are under 1k and yes they are powerful

why are ur fps very low i get 160-200 with a core i5 9400F

    • @FPS-ON
      @FPS-ON  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Yeh normally it's 165 to 199 but we ended up using OBS NDI for screen mirroring with GPU Acceleration ON, hoping it would be less demanding on PC but it turns out shadowplay would of been a better option aha

I use the 1660 super instead of ti which is a bit worse but bearily, and a much better cpu, the i5 12600KF, but 0 bottleneck and still getting 300fps in battle royal and both at 50 to 70% usage 🤨, would u know anything?

@@6qet I'm not complaining, that's not the point really. I was told the i5 12600KF was going to be way to powerfull for the 1660 super but it's not.He used the ryzen 5 3600x and I used more powerfull cpu, and usage was same but lower. Know why? It's surprising
