    Took me about two hours to install the same kit on my 2016 T120. Money well spent! My dealer sold me the kit and didn't charge for activation. Connectors are very delicate and easily damaged. They're easy to disconnect if you're doing it right. Right, the extra wire is for heated grips. They're great and you need them! Should you download a later ECU map, cruise will need to be activated again.

    Bro can this be installed on the speed twin..

      Probably not. I'm not sure if Triumph makes a cruise control kit for the Speed Twin.

    Could you please comment on the Low Comfort Seat? How much lower is it than the stock seat? How is its comfort on a long ride versus stock seat? This would be very helpful to a lot of people as there is very little info out there on the low version of this factory upgrade seat. Great video on the cruise control!

    Great job on the video. I have a 2020 T100 and will be adding the cruise. I like your gas cap, where did you get it? Thanks

    • @MobiusT120
      @MobiusT120  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching! The gas cap is the Monza-style gas cap by Motone Customs. They're a UK-based manufacturer, but I got mine from one of their main US distributors, A&J Cycles in New York.

    Hi, I just got the cruise control kit for my 2018 Triumph Bonneville Bobber. I watched you video and it was very helpful. I do have a question concerning the activation of the cruise control. You stated that you couldn't use it until you had the dealer to activate it, did you mean that you couldn't use the Cruise control or did you mean that you couldn't ride the bike?

    • @MobiusT120
      @MobiusT120  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching! You can still ride the bike as usual, you just can't use the cruise control until you get it activated.

    What clock and thermomether do you have on your right side of handle bar?

    • @MobiusT120
      @MobiusT120  ปีที่แล้ว

      The clock is the Oxford Analog Clock that can be found online (I think I ordered it from CycleGear).
      The temperature gauge is the Triumph Analog Air Temperature Gauge (A9828029). Triumph made a matching analog air temp gauge and analog clock but they were only ever listed on the Triumph store as for the Bobber, so I only happened upon it by chance. It seems they were discontinued a few years ago, which makes finding either difficult now. It's a shame, really, because it would have been nice to have a matching set.

    Nice, I am planning to add this to my T120 Black. Thanks for the instructional video. What phone mount is that? Thanks.

      Thanks for watching! As for the phone mount, it's a StatMount.

      My understanding is that ONLY the T120 can have cruise control (NOT T100, It was not offered as an option for the T100).

    • @MobiusT120
      @MobiusT120  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's not correct. In fact, there are three different cruise control kits specifically for T100s depending on their VINs (A9638178, A9638255, and A9638325).

      Please confirm if the cruise control works by posting a video once the software is installed. I'd really appreciate it.

      There are two options, you can take the bike to a Triumph dealership and have them activate the cruise control (which is what I did) or upload a new fuel map that activates cruise control using the bike's OBD II port and a compatible app.

    Hi. Do you believe that this device fits on Street Twin? If yes, I will order one for my bike, here in Brazil there is not this kind of cruse control.

    • @MobiusT120
      @MobiusT120  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I highly doubt it would fit as Triumph does not offer a cruise control accessory specifically for the Street Twin. I've only seen them listed for the T100, T120, and the Bobber. Furthermore, I'm not sure if the Street Twin and the T100 have the same diameter handlebars.

      @@MobiusT120 I think the same about it. Few weeks ago I asked to the Triumph dealer here in Brazil, but I Still waiting for an answer! When I got one, I Will report you! Thanks.

      @@marcelosomera5958 Unfortunately, the Street Twin ECU has no cruise control map. There's nothing to activate. No kits are available for it.
