The buying/borrowing process is a little different between celebrity and personal styling, but don't feel like you don't have access to the world of styling just because you're not a celebrity. Personal styling is on the rise and there is definitely a stylist close to wherever you are located who is ready to work with you if you are wanting to up your style game!

The fact that you are studying ''styling'' is not relevant, it's not like they teach you which style is bad and which is good. Styling is all about catering to the client and whatever image they want to give out. It's not for your specific taste, though your taste is valid but not to put down a fellow stylist doing his job. I am a stylist myself (Parsons) and even though I would have made a couple different decisions I can see he was great at creating outfits and anyone who is knowledgeable about fashion would know this too:-)

Personal stylist here! It is not the same and it's great to do an in person session, but personal stylists are also available to everyday people through virtual styling lookbooks. You can look up a stylist near you if you want on site styling or book a virtual styling session where they'll send you lookbooks with shoppable links xx
