No no, Imai nunca estuvo oficialmente en el puesto de cantante principal. Tiene algunas canciones donde participa, pero el cantante principal es Atsushi. El anterior cantante que tenía la banda se llamaba Araki (ahí debajo en la info lo mostraba). No recuerdo las razones por las que lo sacaron de la banda, pero luego de que Atsushi tomara la posición de cantante se integra Toll, el cual es mitad hermano (de parte paterna) de Yutaka (el bajista).
Esta canción es del año 88 (del tercer álbum llamado "SEVENTH HEAVEN"), cuando todos en la banda llevaban los pelos parados, jajajaja. Te recomiendo que veas el video oficial, seguro te gustará (th-cam.com/video/G16ae2hiTMw/w-d-xo.html)

Maybe so, but this is generally one of Sakurai's trademark things in terms of working with the audience and the front rows - he arranges whole sex and striptease shows for them (not everything gets on video) - this is one of the features of the group, in principle, from the early years (punk, aggression, sex) both in lyrics and in performances.

It's also nice that you see and hear that BT is different from the usual Japanese rock scene (it is).
Regarding Imai's vocals and Sakurai's being a drummer, you've probably already been answered here.
But it made me think that you haven't done any kind of reaction to the songs where Imai sings. And they are one of the most interesting and unusual in BT too (and what else makes them different from many other groups).

In some ways this is a warning about the future, and intersects with a similar warning song from 1997 the cyberpunk period - My Fuckin' Valentine (where the technological and social warning) in the Future Song is a military warning. Imai sings very cool, even though he himself says that he is not very good, and some say that he sings funny (like? you know, "I didn’t understand what it was at all???", not in a good way of funny. But with BT everything is funny rather with a plus sign and intentionally) , and there is always humor (for which I love this band) and sarcasm.
