- In 2018, during a time of hardship and struggle in my life, I wrote a song that became a source of encouragement and self-belief. The meaning of the song revolved around the idea that one can achieve anything by channeling their heart, unwavering effort, steadfast focus, and relentless motivation towards their dreams.
I want to extend my gratitude to the dedicated dancers Lucy, Nina, Nancy, Kristie, Tiffany and Keiko who committed 4-5 months to practice and perfect this song. Some of you were beginners, yet your determination shone through. Special thanks go to DonKaemon who skillfully choreographed the dance; your talent is truly remarkable, and I deeply appreciate your contribution.
I am also indebted to the Cypher Side Dance School for generously providing us with their studio for our rehearsals. Your support was invaluable in bringing this project to life.
Last but not least, a sincere thank you to Design Affair Salon Studio for their expertise in makeup and hairstyling for my dancers. Your contributions added that extra touch of professionalism to our performance.

I often find these type of messages in other languages & so don’t usually listen to Hmong songs. Even though I don’t understand them, I can read the subtitles & connect. Because hmong is a very difficult language and it's difficult to make a song about mental health and such. You need to focus on a good song and send A message without making it cringe. But YASMI DID AWESOME.

I think mostly all her songs hit hard cause she basically expressing her real self that's why its more extra sad. Even her tone of voice is super sad too you can hear it in her voice all the depression hidden from beneath herself.

This is actually one of the first Yasmi songs I really really like because a lot of people struggle with procrastination and waiting for something or someone to just hand them the everything to be successful in life when you alone can only lead yourself that pathway.
