      What did AB win? U right about Pickens but AB your wrong. He was problematic too and that’s why Steelers won a SB without AB but couldn’t win one with AB. Why? He was a problem too don’t let stats fool u.

      @@HollyG95respectfully you are absolutely tripping, AB is top 5 all time. He was the only WR we’ve seen who could have actually challenged Jerry rice’s record. He was and probably will be the best WR to ever come thru the berg. On that last drive Pickens ran a route that I’ve never seen. It started with an inside step like it was almost a 9. But then he rounds it out and turns it into either a corner or a weird square out. The crazy part is he beat the coverage and went untouched. But he then doesn’t get his eyes on the ball. He looked lost. He slowed down as well. But how Russ threw the ball youd think it was a square out. Pickens looks like he doesn’t know the route tree or the playbook at all. So much talent. Very little discipline and it hurts to see that. Not to drag him through the mud but it’s just sad to see someone with that ability not cherish that.

    • @evang6339
      @evang6339 16 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      It was an out n up. The corner was sittin outside so he cut it up early. If Russ throw that ball 2-3 yards inside that’s 6

    • @lebrandon6555
      @lebrandon6555 16 วันที่ผ่านมา +8

      @ it wasn’t an out n up bc he started inside. He took a step inside and ran what looked like a go then he cuts inside but again it wasn’t a real cut. It was rounded off as if he didn’t know what he was doing. I played safety and if we were in cover 2 we’d call an out n up a wheel and look to the outside receiver for the deep threat. In this case the outside guy was the under route in the high low concept. Pickens was the deep threat. He only went outward at the end of the route so it can’t be that

I didn't realize how important a person like Mike Rob can be to team cohesion and the ties to success. He could bridge gaps between players due to different positions, socioeconomic backgrounds, or personalities. Once he left, the culture that was in place from having so much success helped keep things going for a while, but I really feel it was harder to achieve any real success once he left.
