The Monona Terrace, as built, altered by modern building codes, and redesigned to accommodate modern construction materials and products, bears almost no resemblance to what Wright designed.
My part time father born in 1906 was one of his apprentices. What I didn’t know was how Paul Henry Beidler idolized FLW so much that his life nearly mirrored the famous architect’s life. PHB had multiple families. He left his first wife, had many lovers then married a 25 year old girl from Thailand when he was 68, had a winter residence in Tucson AZ.
FLW, designed a church where the parishioners had to face each other so I am not sure how religious he was. What a concept! I wonder if it ever helped.
How is this Frank Lloyd Wrights dream building when it is clearly not his design anymore? Weird notion to be able to ‘Update’ - whatever that means- a design. Ignores Wrights whole concept of scale and space... Business jumping on Wrights popularity bandwagon is all I see
Wright did not supervise the building process of alot of his projects in his later years, he had his apprentices do that. They were trained in his philosophy. So when he past taliesin took over and finished projects and even went on to create others in the style and philosophy of mister Wright..

....What a magnificent building and an equally magnificent architect.

a visual masterpiece. His last revision was implimented by one of his draftsman, in his own words..
FLW, designed a church where the parishioners had to face each other so I am not sure how religious he was. What a concept! I wonder if it ever helped.
The sound is so bad that I could not watch this. Thankfully, I know about FLW.
Lloyd Wright, an Hiperborean architect.
Interesting bio but the poor sound quality is distracting.

that theme music
This a biography, not the story of Monona…
Lmfao ok so what, he didn't graduate from school. But yet, you're still making a documentary about how awesome he, and his creativity was. Interesting
Bad sound quality augmented by unnecessary music .

Me You are a donut, with shit for frosting. What have you produced, clue me in, so I can go on line and judge it.🍩
He was also a student of the architecture of the female form
Frank's first love wasn't architecture, it was fucking women... What a guy.
