I don't know if it will help you personally, but I was diagnosed with telogen effluvium two years ago (it's over now). While you do have to wait for lost hair to grow back, what helped me stop a ton of hair fall/shedding was steeping rosemary in boiled water and spraying it on my scalp as a leave in treatment after washing. You can also wash it out if you prefer. Just don't keep it in the fridge for longer than two weeks, it can mold! I still do this and it's done wonders, good luck, I hope you get better soon🙏
